‌The following points should be noted during the use and testing of the chip:

‌Storage and moisture-proof treatment‌: The chip may be affected by moisture after long-term storage, resulting in welding quality problems. Therefore, for chips with a higher moisture sensitivity level, it is necessary to perform baking treatment after unpacking and complete welding within the specified time. The baking condition is usually 125°C±5°C/12 hours‌.

‌Anti-static measures‌: When handling chips, static electricity may cause damage to the chip. Therefore, the operator should wear an anti-static wristband or other anti-static equipment to prevent static electricity from damaging the chip‌.

‌Welding skills‌: During the soldering of SMD chips, the following points should be noted:

Use a temperature-adjustable soldering iron to adjust the soldering temperature according to the needs of different chips.

Use an appropriate amount of flux to ensure that the solder can flow evenly and form a good solder joint.

Control the soldering time, usually no more than 2-3 seconds, to prevent the chip from overheating and damage‌.

‌Testing precautions‌: During the chip testing process, the following points should be noted:

Use ATE system for automated testing to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
According to the test purpose and test object, chip testing can be divided into functional testing, parameter testing, stability testing and efficiency testing.
When operating the chip test socket, be sure to follow safety regulations, control the operating temperature, and regularly maintain and inspect the test socket.
