Structurally, ink cartridges are divided into two types: with print heads and without print heads. The former is common in some HP and Canon printers, while the latter is common in some Epson and Canon printers. Ink cartridges with print heads have visible copper contacts, wiring and nozzles, while ink cartridges without print heads only have ink outlets. HP printers using the thermal bubble principle have print heads built on the ink cartridges, so the ink cartridges are more expensive. Both the ink cartridges and print heads are claimed to be disposable and thrown away after use, while Epson's print heads using the piezoelectric principle are built into the machine, with higher quality and higher cost, but also longer service life. Each time the ink cartridge runs out, only the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
When filling, be extra careful not to touch or damage the nozzles or wiring of ink cartridges with print heads, otherwise they cannot be used even if they are filled with ink. It is more convenient to fill ink cartridges without print heads. Generally, the ink outlets must be sealed first. When filling and putting them into the machine, do not forget to remove the sealing object.
The more professional domestic refill cartridge brands include: Jiesheng, Huimei, Lucai, Suiyi+, Tiancai, etc.
