Box printer adopts industrial-grade PLC control system to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of the whole printing process. It supports one-key startup, remote monitoring and fault warning, which greatly simplifies the production operation process. Built-in high-precision photoelectric sensor can automatically detect the position and size change of the paper material and automatically correct the error, so as to ensure that each color pattern can be accurately placed, and the error is controlled within ±0.02mm. High-resolution (600dpi x 1200dpi) image processing module and intelligent feathering algorithm to ensure natural color gradient, details of the part without jagged phenomenon, for high-volume customized production provides a stable data processing support.

- Dedicated printhead

Box printer is equipped with printheads optimized for water-based color printing, each printhead contains 3200 high-density nozzles, supports 4.8 to 15pl multi-level ink droplet adjustment, and the positioning accuracy of the ink output is as high as ±0.01mm, which ensures that every detail of the complex color patterns can be accurately rendered.

- Mechanical platform

The overall structure adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and combines with vibration-proof design to ensure that all parts are always coordinated during the high-speed printing process; the specially designed paper transfer mechanism ensures the smooth feeding of corrugated paper and other flexible media, preventing printing deviation due to vibration or transmission errors.

- Ink supply and drying system

Box printer adopts a dual-channel negative pressure ink supply system, which is finely regulated to adapt to the characteristics of water-based ink. This solution effectively prevents the ink from spreading or penetrating and ensures that the edges of the finished image are clear and the colors are vivid.

- Automatic cleaning and anti-clogging measures

The device has a built-in automatic cleaning system and anti-clogging design, which can periodically clean the print head to prevent ink deposits leading to nozzle clogging, thus extending the service life of the print head to 24 to 30 months, while significantly reducing the daily maintenance costs.

The Box Printer is mainly used for color packaging, pizza boxes and posters that require high color performance. The device supports short cycle time and small batch customized production from order receipt to printing start-up in about 8 minutes.
